  • Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling system. A consultation may be required before your first visit to assess your hair’s needs.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total service cost.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-show appointments will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $5 late fee will be added.

    • If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.

  • Yes! Mobile services are available for those who prefer the convenience of having their locs cared for in their own space. Additional travel fees may apply.

  • • All previous styles must be removed before your appointment. If a takedown is needed, an additional fee will apply.

    • Your hair should be ready to be washed upon arrival.

  • Once your appointment begins, additional services cannot be added. However, minor add-ons (excluding styles) may be accommodated if time allows.

  • For mobile services, please ensure: • The location is clean, well-lit, and has enough space for services.

    • Access to running water and an electrical outlet if needed.
